Connected Spaces

OneRoom Connected Spaces supports the ability for dual-purpose spaces which can function independently or, as part of a connected network or rooms across campus or offices.

Connected Spaces seamlessly joins multiple rooms to foster learning, engagement and participation in the session like everyone is present in the same room. Scalable and adaptable to different room formats Connected Spaces enable organizations and learning institutions to extend the reach of their learning session.

Within these Connected Spaces, smaller breakout areas like Huddle Rooms or Breakout Pods bring small groups together for focused discussions or teamwork while continuing to enhance engagement and interaction for everyone involved.

Huddle Rooms

Customizable to any space, Huddle Rooms are designed to enable up to eight in-room attendees to join a OneRoom session using a purpose-built interface with integrated controls, audio and advanced camera setups.

Breakout Pods

When initiating a Group mode in a OneRoom session, OneRoom creates new Breakout Pods each equipped with its own audio and video channels and a whiteboard.

Remote participants are also assigned to a specific Breakout Pod who are then joined by the in-room attendees also assigned to the Breakout Pod.

Breakout Pods typically hold no more than eight people and include a purpose-built user interface. The instructor can engage with in-room and remote participants from either the main OneRoom or within the physical pod.
